4月23日，“絲路寧夏文創”團隊成員、寧夏年夜學平易近族與汗青學院博士后苗亞婻 （左）與寧夏年夜學美術學院年夜三先生張哲在會商文創產物design思緒。

在位于銀川的寧夏年夜學，活潑著一個由分歧年紀段師生構成的“絲路寧夏文創”校園文創團隊，團隊中有多年深耕文物研討範疇的資深傳授，有引領汗青和文物研討學術前沿的博士后，也有瑜伽場地美術和design專門研究的年青人，他們將文明、文物、考古等學科的科研結果與文創財產相融會，讓汗青與古代碰撞出立異火花，讓文物“活”起來，“火”起來。

自2017年該團隊創立以來，已為寧夏、甘肅、陜西等地景區、文博單元創作出30多個系列40講授0余種文跳舞教室創產物，并取得design專利100余項，取得國度及自治區級立異創業獎項20余項，為寧夏及周邊文明游玩財產轉型進級、文旅融會成長進獻氣力。

5月22日，在新疆阿勒泰市汗德尕特蒙古族鄉汗德尕特村，鐵木爾加甫制作工藝品。

在新疆阿勒泰市汗德尕特蒙古族鄉汗德尕特村，59歲的鐵木爾加甫·卡汗別力克比來天天都在忙著制作弓箭、毛皮滑雪板等木制手工藝品，他說：“游玩淡季頓時就到了包養網價錢，我得抓緊制作，游客們可都很愛好呢。”

城市更新，是推動城市治理現代化的重要抓手。陜西西安將老菜場更新改造為市井文化創意街區，在因地制宜、保留特色的基礎上，提升了環境、豐富了業態、服務了商戶、吸引了創客。“煙火氣”與“潮生活”交織，老菜場煥發出新小班教學活力。

在陜西西安市碑林區城墻根下的信義巷，市民馮民中已在此生活了半個多世紀。早飯過后，到附近的菜市場遛彎、買菜，是他多年來的習慣。

“這幾年，老菜場越來越有意思了。”馮民中說的老菜場，是巷子里的建國門綜合市場，老西安人習慣稱之為“建國門菜市場”。

2019年起，建國門綜合市場開始進行更新改造。當地在保留菜市場原有功能的基礎上，引入美食、民宿、文創、閱讀、娛樂等業態，營造出“市井西安”的獨特魅力。如今，這里已轉型為老菜場市井文化創意街區，吸引眾多市民和游客前來“打卡”、體驗，煥發出新的活力。

改造

保持底色  增添創意

“菜市場，能改成啥樣？”曾經，馮民中對老菜場的更新不大感冒。

建國門綜合市場所在地的前身是西安市平絨廠。1998年，由于市場變化等因素，廠子停產。其后，平絨廠將部分廠區改建成建國門綜合市場，實行自主招商、經營，使之成為涵蓋果蔬、肉類、百貨等的綜合市場，滿足了周邊近10萬居民的生活需求。

2017年，西安市平絨廠決定對建國門綜合市場進行提升改造。當年上任的西安市平絨廠負責人馮杰面對重重難題：老菜場生意還可以，但街面亂七八糟、地上污水橫流、設施或舊或壞，而改造資金更是沒有著落。

“商戶想裝個空調，我都不敢答應，怕變壓器承受不了。”馮杰坦言，不光是硬件跟不上，經營模式也成問題，當時廠房二樓、三樓都空著，租不出去——樓下是菜市場，人家嫌吵，不愿意來辦公；路太窄，貨車進不來，做倉儲也困難。

一籌莫展之際，西安世界之窗產業園投資管理有限公司董事長全建彪來到廠里，洽談合作。“我在城墻上游玩時，看到了城區里的這個‘舊角落’。”作為文創園區開發運營從業者，全建彪看好老菜場蘊藏的價值，也想用更新改造來激活這一城市空間。

幾輪磋商下來，雙方對改造理念頗有共識。“我們尊重當地居民的生活方式，不搞‘騰籠換鳥’，而是講究因地制宜。”全建彪認為，要愛惜原來的煙火氣，在保持底色的基礎上注入新活力。

2019年，建國門綜合市場開始進行改造。保留原有建筑群，清除違章搭建，開發屋頂、角落等空間，增設天橋、連廊、戶外樓梯、空中廣場……一九宮格系列舉措，在老菜場相繼鋪開。合作雙方分工明確，“馮廠長繼續管理菜市場，承擔‘人間煙火’；我們主攻街面業態更新，承擔‘詩和遠方’。”全建彪說。

老菜場保留了以往的古樸與熱鬧，卻比過去顯得干凈清爽，更增添了多元化的要素和特色，變得新鮮時髦。看著老菜場起了變化，馮民中的想法也跟著扭轉：“菜市場‘老瓶裝新酒’，成創意空間了，連年輕人都趕著來！”

協調

瞄準訴求  解決難題

“菜市場也是景點？”在西安本地朋友的盛情推薦下，南方游客黃曉琳決定一探究竟。

來到老菜場市井文化創意街區，黃曉琳目不暇接：城墻下，咖啡館里音樂舒緩，酒吧門口吉他手動情彈奏；工廠磚墻上裝飾著油畫，網紅天臺上亮起了燈光，涂鴉墻前年輕人正拍照、“打卡”。熙攘的人群中，不時有老住戶走過，手里提著袋子、拖著小車，里面裝著肉蛋蔬菜……

老菜場不僅是菜市場，也是潮流聚集地。“拎著菜的老街坊和拿著咖啡的年輕人，就這么融合在一起，市井氣混搭著時尚感，讓人著迷。”黃曉琳說。

一派和諧融洽、生趣十足背后，是貫穿于改造前后的協調保障。

西安市碑林區特色街區和總部樓宇經濟發展服務中心是街區的主管部門。中心原主任郭健的日常工作，是對接商務、文旅、規劃、住建、城管等各系統，做好統籌、協調。“在街區規劃設計、建設運營等全流程、各環節，我們都會傾聽企業訴求，幫助解決難題。”郭健說。

為敲定街區總體設計方案，需要跟規劃部門對接細節。郭健和全建彪曾一起去規劃部門洽談多次，并邀請專家到現場勘察，幾經討論，終于定案。

為提升街區商家的時租空間積極性，郭健還和同事們對接城管系統，努力爭取政策。“經過協調，在不影響城市基本秩序的前提下，沿街店面在劃定的區域內可以適時、適度出店經營。”郭健說，商家能有更多空間，街區就能有更多活力。

最讓郭健難忘的，是跟文旅部門的接洽。與老菜場一路之隔的，就是西安城墻東南角。如何讓這兩個IP更好地聯動起來，成為一大課題。

“城墻上的游客下不來，街區的游客上不去。如果能互聯互通、雙向引流，就可以共享旅游資源。”郭健聯系文旅部門，多次協商、論證后，九宮格城墻建國門段入口開放，兩個IP成功“牽手”。“城墻上的演藝團隊，有時也來街區巡游表演，給游客帶來沉浸式新體驗。”全建彪說。

政府規劃引領，政企協作聯動，實現共贏發展。“我們通過這種工作模式，多方位‘保駕護航’，呵護老菜場的二次成聚會長。”郭健說。

筑夢

青年創業  扎根生長

老菜場，新街區。在創意的引領下，眾多年輕的創客投身于此，扎根生長。

位于老菜場的“椋川漆物”漆藝工作室里，擺件古色古香，文玩葫蘆、茶具、大漆首飾、盤子等做工精致，風格清雅。

“剛才來店里的姑娘，定制了一個漆藝手鐲，想送給朋友當禮物。”90后工作室主理人何欣宇說。

從幼兒園到高中，何欣宇都住在城墻里、生活在街區，是個年輕的老街坊，對周遭再熟悉不過。在家門口創業，讓何欣宇感覺很親切。

“小時候，這里的房子還是泥巴墻，路也坑坑洼洼的。”何欣宇說，后來共享會議室有了菜市場，街邊多了店鋪，熱鬧，卻也亂糟糟的。如今再看更新改造后的街區和老菜場，“真讓人有些不敢認了”。

去年初，喜歡漆藝的何欣宇決定在老菜場開店創業。“在自己長大的地方，干自己喜歡的行當，是一件幸福的事。”何欣宇表示。

同為90后，馮曦也作出了相似的選擇。2023年3月，在其他城市打拼多年的馮曦，決定在古城西安的城墻腳下開一家老菜場里的西餐廳。

“既然菜市場能與網紅街區相融合，我也想試試古城墻與西餐的碰撞。”馮曦說，店里常邀請客人一起制作咖啡、甜品，帶來特別的參與感、體驗感。

一天早上，馮曦看到一位街坊奶奶提著肉和雞蛋，走進餐館。“她點了咖啡、沙拉，說想體驗一下年輕人的生活方式。”馮曦說，那一幕讓自己很感動，也很感慨——在這片煙火氣中與人們相遇、讓自己成長，這或許正是開餐廳的意義所在。

漫步老菜場市井文化創意街區，以老廠房為背景的文藝小店各有特色，走進每一家都有可能發現驚喜。攝影展覽、街邊集市等新元素加入，文創、茶咖等新業態萌生，一批批創業者在此追逐夢想，讓老街區展現出新魅力。

曾對“年輕人逛菜市場”不大理解的馮民中，現在也享受起了新生活。入夜，街區小廣場上，一場音樂秀熱鬧上演，年輕人抱著吉他彈唱，臺下游客和街坊聚攏成群，沉浸其中。城墻腳下熒光點點，馮民中也掏出手機，記錄這份美好，“感覺自己也跟這街區一樣，年輕了。”
